David AmerikanerDavid Amerikaner
David is a Partner of Duane Morris’ Real Estate Practice Group and focuses his practice on land use, project development, environmental law, eminent domain, and sustainability. Mr. Amerikaner advises developers, energy companies, and other large users of land through the process of obtaining permits and approvals to develop their land. This practice includes representation before local and state planning commissions, boards, councils, agencies, and other decisionmakers, as well as outreach to and negotiation with project opponents. Mr. Amerikaner’s experience spans several states and local jurisdictions, particularly the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and other environmental and municipal regulations in California. He also handles litigation matters that arise from land development. Mr. Amerikaner handles eminent domain matters for utilities seeking to condemn private properties for public use, and on behalf of private property owners whose properties have been condemned. He also represents private property owners in tax assessment appeals.

Camille VanderghoteCamille Vanderghote
Camille Vanderghote, is the Head of Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for the Americas at Bollore Logistics, now a part of the logistics division of the CMA CGM group. With a master’s in business and environmental management, Camille joined Bollore 5 years ago as a member of the corporate CSR team in France before accepting the manager role for the Americas region, first based in Mexico City and then in New York.

In her role, she develops the internal and external Sustainability strategy of the company, covering the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay. Developments under Bollore’s CSR include the implementation of Bollore Logistics’ larger climate strategy to align the company carbon footprint on a 1.5 C trajectory; computation of client greenhouse gas emissions, both effective and simulated; and development of alternative transportation plans and green logistics solutions for Bollore’s clients.

Cullen KaneCullen Kane
Cullen Kane sits on JetBlue Airways’ Environmental Sustainability team and supports the company’s environmental and sustainability strategy. He represents JetBlue across the country, holding key functions at notable airports such as JFK and LAX. He is on both the European expansion and route launch teams, providing environmental strategy and compliance expertise as the airline rapidly expands. Notably, Cullen is actively working to decarbonize JetBlue’s ground support equipment (GSE) footprint at LAX, and is directly responsible for reducing GSE air emissions by over 46% since 2021. He is engaged in Airlines for America’s Environmental Regulatory Committee, as well as their Air Quality and Drinking Water Working Groups. Prior to joining JetBlue, Cullen previously worked in the consulting and mining sectors. Cullen holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Environmental Geoscience from Texas A&M University, and specializes in environmental and sustainability strategy.

Jared Markham, LEED® AP BD+CJared Markham, LEED® AP BD+C
Jared currently serves as a Program Director at Weston Solutions, Inc. He is co-chair of the USPS Sustainability Committee, and has worked in the environmental and infrastructure services industry for 23 years. He leads a team of professionals located across the country providing environmental, safety, industrial hygiene, construction, emergency response, energy, and related sustainability products and services to USPS customers via multiple contracts and ordering agreements. In this capacity, he has expanded Weston’s offerings to proactively and dynamically support execution of the Delivering For America plan, COVID response, and emergency and planned facility related needs at thousands of locations.

Jared is also the Program Manager for Weston’s GreenGrid Green Roof business, with more than 6M square feet of green roof projects in North America completed. In addition, he is responsible for the Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure practice in the private sector, leading growth and strategy for turnkey charging consulting, design, construction, and maintenance services. As a LEED AP, he has also certified new buildings under this rating system, developed international design guides, and was the developer for utility scale solar.

Jared has decades of experience and expertise in managing programs, building and enabling teams, connecting customers to the best technical experts Weston has to offer, and solving complicated and important problems. Working nationwide, for commercial, industrial, state, local, and federal customers allows him to understand the nuanced needs of each customer type, and bring what he learns from each to benefit the rest.
